STAN GITIN

Executive Director

Stan graduated from Drew University and has worked at various EMS companies, both in the field and in management roles. He formed Clarion Medical in 2005 after seeing an opportunity to provide superior medical transportation services at lower costs attained through operational efficiency.

Stan graduated from American Ambulance Association's Ambulance Service Manager program in 2013, as part of an ongoing effort to increase his knowledge of the industry and improve his management skills. In 2015, he completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.


MATT FLECK, EMT-P

Director of Operations

Matt has been active in EMS for 39 years (35 of those in 9-1-1), starting as a volunteer in the 9-1-1 system in 1975, when all you needed was First Aid and CPR. He also obtained certification as an EMT in 1976, and as a Paramedic in 1998. He then served as an operational officer at the Tri-Hampton Rescue Squad for more than 20 years, four of those as Chief, and administratively for 12 years, with five as President.

Matt also served as a member of Bucks County's Regional Health Council for five years, including two on the Executive Board. He attended Drexel University's Pre-Hospital Management program from 2003 until 2005. He is also a Pennsylvania Department of Health Instructor, certified in Emergency Vehicle Operations, CPR, EMT and Paramedicine.


BECKY MANDERACH, CAC, CPC

Billing Manager

Becky is a Medical Billing and Coding professional with more than 20 years of experience. Her career began in a small physician office working the front desk, where she developed a passion for helping patients with insurance. She graduated from Montgomery County Community College with a degree in business and went back to teach a course in coding and billing.

Becky is certified with the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and the National Academy of Ambulance Coding (NAAC). She continues to attend conferences and continuing education seminars to stay on top of the ever-changing insurance world. She interacts with patients on a daily basis, helping them navigate the often complicated world of insurance.
